The World's Largest Marijuana Dispensary Is About to Open in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is a palace built to giant temples of entertainment. And now the city will also hold the world's biggest temple to marijuana.

The world's largest marijuana dispensary in the world will open in Las Vegas on Thursday. The dispensary is called Planet 13, and in typical Vegas fashion features giant LED Lotus Flowers on top of the building, a LED water fountain, a graffiti wall where people can use lasers to write on it and there will supposedly be 47 wide-screen TVs throughout the facility. Planet 13 will be 2,300 square feet and will bring in an estimated 2,000 customers each day.

Technically, it isn't 100 percent sure if Planet 13 will be the largest dispensary in the world. It will definitely be the largest in Nevada, and considering no one else seems to be challenging their claim that it will be the largest in the world, then it's likely that it is.

Planet 13 is located right off the Las Vegas strip, making it a prime spot for attracting tourists coming to the city to enjoy legal marijuana. However cannabis is still not allowed on the Vegas Strip, and people are only allowed to consume marijuana inside private residences. So that means you unfortunately cannot rip bong hits inside your Caesar's Palace hotel room.
