Watch: Canada's First Legal Cannabis Oil Shipment

But there's great news for patients who'd prefer a different option. A recent Supreme Court decision legalized cannabis extract. The federal government gave the Ontario-based Peace Naturals Project the go-ahead to begin research and development, and this week, the first bottles of legal cannabis oil in Canada were shipped out to patients.

CTV News has the story on this milestone in Canadian cannabis history.
