Nearly 25 years after being fired from 'Saturday Night Live,' Adam Sandler returned to 'SNL' and proved that less is often more when covering American politics. Instead of bringing back Alec Baldwin or Robert de Niro to spoof American politics, SNL got Sandler to don his old tuxedo and serenade the Studio 8H audience with a satirical opera.
The lyrics slammed the Democratic Party as an old boys' club, mocked 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden's history of being too touchy-feely, and skewered the revolving door of scapegoats that have taken the fall for Donald Trump since he won the 2016 election.
