Here Are a Bunch of Stupid Things People Believed in the 1950s that We Now Know are Wrong

Obviously, people living today know a lot more about what is or what isn't good for someone's health than those who lived in the past. But it's a lot different comparing someone's beliefs from the 1750's and someone from the 1950's. And yet, people believed a lot of stupid things back then too.

The YouTube channel Life Noggin decided to make a video showing all the stupid things people believed in back in the 1950's the science has shown are not only untrue, but also dangerous. Everything from smoking while pregnant to lobotomies to smoking in general is covered in the video.

Let's hope in the 2050's people aren't mocking all of us for carrying radiation emitting cell phones in our pockets or not eating gluten or something.
