Sacha Baron Cohen Revives Borat To Engage In 'Election Tampering'

Borat is back to help promote democracy…NAHT!

Appearing on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' Tuesday night to promote the DVD release of his controversial Showtime series ‘Who is America?’, comedian Sacha Baron Cohen brought an old “friend” along to tamper with the midterm elections.

Just when your boss has finally stopped quoting the heavily-accented, misogynistic racist caricature, Borat made his triumphant return in a short clip in which he goes stumping for Republicans in a LA neighborhood.

It should come as no surprise that Borat is a Trump supporter, given his stated views on women, immigrants and Muslims. What’s most striking about this clip is the fact that Cohen can still find people who don’t already know about the character, who quickly became a cultural sensation after his feature film was released back in 2006.

Somehow, he still manages to find a couple of oblivious Trump supporters, managing to expertly pull the very worst from them, as usual.
