Redman's Mom Found 20-Year-Old Bags of His Weed

Teenagers hiding weed from their parents is fairly common, but what's less common is for parents to find the hidden marijuana 20 years later. And it's even less common when the person who was hiding that weed is a popular rapper.

Rapper Redman posted a video on Twitter after his mom found his old stash of marijuana in her house. According to Redman, the cannabis is at least 20-years-old, which makes it even funnier that his mom found it now. Also hilariously, Redman's mom doesn't want to be identified in the video but then says she wants to sell the cannabis on eBay. Take a look at the video:

Considering Redman is a well-known rapper and also starred in the movie How High with Method Man, we think his mom actually could get a good amount of money selling it on eBay.

But if you do end up with Redman's old weed, don't smoke it. That just seems like a health crisis waiting to happen.

Few other entrepreneurs in the cannabis space have their hands in quite as many ventures as Lorne Gertner. Currently dubbed the "godfather of the Canadian cannabis industry," Gertner told Civilized, "If we could live through normalization, we could change the world." Hailing from the fashion industry, this Toronto native says he's on a mission to "make the world a better place through cannabis and design excellence." The only catch is, well, normalizing cannabis — and that's where Gertner's keen eye for style comes in. "In the old days, you were going to be different or you were going to be normal," said Thom Antonio, Gertner's friend, creative director, and collaborator of 35 years.
