Monty Python's John Cleese Talks The Perks Of Being "Astonishingly Old”

John Cleese has one of the most sterling careers in comedy. As a founding member of Monty Python, Cleese has made a distinct impression on television, in cinemas, on stage and on record. So what does he think about being the "astonishingly old" age of 77?

“It’s very nice being this old," Cleese told Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday's episode of The Tonight Show, "because when you’re this old, you’re gonna die soon, so you don’t give a fuck, you see?”

Watch the video above to hear Cleese talk about his peers ("most of the best people are dead") and the classic 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail' ("I don’t particularly like it").
