Meet the Toronto-Based Musical Trio NEW CITY

NEW CITY band members Adrian Mitchell (vocals), Jed Webster (guitar), and Nathan Brown (drums) met simply at a hotel party, which began their music career together. The Toronto-based trio soon began producing demos together in an apartment basement, leading them to release their first single "Coachella", which became a summer festival anthem. "Getting Closer" is another example of their "digital genre-blending" sound, which is the band's latest track that seeks to empower anyone else working toward their dreams. Now, the band is working toward their dream as they play their first American showcase, which to their surprise was crowded with people singing lyrics to their unreleased tracks. NEW CITY doesn't know what the future holds, but band hopes to have fun vibes as they continue spreading their unique sound.
