How do you make the perfect burger? One slice of cheese, or two? What condiments do you put on? Lettuce, tomato? What about bacon? Ok, yes you always put on bacon. But the answer to the rest of these questions are nearly impossible.
Luckily the people over at First We Feast asked renowned food scientist and Museum of Food and Drink founder Dave Arnold to explain to them how to make the perfect burger. So when you follow these instructions, you'll at the very least know that your burger is as good as it can get according to science.
Of course, everything is really about taste, so obviously your perfect burger may differ slightly from the one made in this video.
