John Oliver Has Invented The Solution To Mess-Free Munchies

John Oliver and the staff of Last Week Tonight are taking Memorial Day off, but they've left us some food for thought on YouTube - especially if you're a fan of the munchies. In a new segment called "Why Is This Not a Thing?" - a spinoff from the How Is This Still a Thing series - Oliver takes a look at products that he'd like to see manufactured in the near future.

His best suggestion? Edible sweatpants made of bread.

"In my experience," Oliver said, "if you're wearing sweatpants, you're probably concurrently eating something messy like a plateful of nachos or a fistful of hummus. Now with bread pants, if you spill, you don't wash the pants. You simply tear a piece off the leg and you eat that too. How are those not a thing?!"

Sounds like a good way to enjoy worry-free munchies. Check out the clip for Oliver's other suggestions, including keys that cry like babies when you leave the house without them.

One of the most annoying things on the internet is when a website blocks content from people who are trying to see their content. This can come in many forms but the most annoying one, by far, is when you are forced to sign up before you can read anything. I can't think of any reason why you would actually sign up, unless the information you were looking for was going to save your life.
