Game of Thrones Stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams Bond Over Weed

What better way to endure the Long Night of the Great Winter than with some one-on-one smoke time with a best bud?

At New York Comic-Con, 'Game of Thrones' actor Sophie Turner (who plays Sansa Stark) discussed the upcoming final season of the popular HBO show, and her enduring friendship with co-star Maisie Williams (who plays sister Arya Stark).

"We’re kind of like loners on 'Game of Thrones'," she said. "Just because the past few seasons Maisie and I have sleepovers every night when we’re shooting."

After spending a long day shooting these intense scenes of horror, violence and drama, the Turner said the pair liked to unwind with chill seshes comprised of smoking weed, eating and watching videos.

"I don’t know if my publicist will kill me for saying this. We’d get high and then we’d sit in the bath together and we’d rub makeup brushes on our faces," said Turner. "It’s fun."

We can probably surmise that we can credit these late-night bonding sessions for bringing us excellent .gif-able moments like this.

Few other entrepreneurs in the cannabis space have their hands in quite as many ventures as Lorne Gertner. Currently dubbed the "godfather of the Canadian cannabis industry," Gertner told Civilized, "If we could live through normalization, we could change the world." Hailing from the fashion industry, this Toronto native says he's on a mission to "make the world a better place through cannabis and design excellence." The only catch is, well, normalizing cannabis — and that's where Gertner's keen eye for style comes in. "In the old days, you were going to be different or you were going to be normal," said Thom Antonio, Gertner's friend, creative director, and collaborator of 35 years.
