Fans Flock To Celebrate Charlie Chaplin

Charlie Chaplin was born on April 16, 1889, which would make this year his 128th birthday. To celebrate the late comedians birthday, fans of the silent film star flocked to Chaplin’s World museum in Switzerland. According to the museum, a record-breaking 662 fans came dressed as the Little Tramp donning canes, black bowler hats, sharp jackets, and moustaches. In addition to celebrating Chaplin’s birthday, the museum also celebrated its own birthday and first anniversary. After 15 years of planning, the Chaplin World museum opened on April 17, 2016 on the huge grounds of Manoir de Ban where Chaplin himself spent the last 25 years of his life.

Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) isn't the most vocal cannabis advocate on the 2020 presidential campaign trail, but you shouldn't take that as a lack of support for marijuana legalization. Unlike many of the top contenders for the upcoming Democratic primaries, Ryan hasn't filed any of his own cannabis legalization bills.
