Elderly Couple Arrested With 60 Pounds Of Marijuana; They Say It Was For Christmas Gifts

Someone’s Christmas is ruined.

During a traffic stop, the York County, Nebraska sheriff’s department discovered 60 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $336,000 inside the Toyota Tacoma of a couple in their 80s.

When questioned, the couple said that the marijuana was meant to be given away as Christmas gifts.

Here’s a picture of the Sheriff’s officers with the weed. Note the jar of Cheese Balls that was repurposed as a stash container.
