Coachella Is #NoChilla

Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival will be held over two weekends in April and will feature some of the best artists and musicians. Although drugs are prohibited from the event, Santa Barbara-based organic cannabis grower, Lowell Farms, announced a limited-edition “Coachella Blend” of packaged, pre-rolled joints. The joints can be purchased exclusively at the Palm Springs Safe Access dispensary, roughly just 20 miles from the festival grounds. However, the company received a cease-and-desist letter from AEG Presents, the company overseeing the festival, demanding they remove the Coachella trademark from the label. The farm has no interest in a legal dispute, so they are now selling the joints under the new name #NotChilla.
