Cheech Marin Reminds California Cannabis Entrepreneurs To Register Their Businesses

With recreational marijuana set to become legal in California on January 1st, it's a big time for cannabis businesses in the state. So California's Secretary of State Alex Padilla decided to use a familiar face to encourage would-be canna-businesses to take the proper first steps.

In a new PSA, legendary comedian and cannabis enthusiast Cheech Marin tells prospective business owners about cannabizfile.sos.ca.gov, a portal where aspiring entrepreneurs can register their business (as required by state law), and find business forms, licensing and tax information.

We were kind of expecting him to say "Cannabizfile's not here, man", but this is way more informative.
