Chart: Medical Market Blooms In Arizona Desert

According to new data from the Marijuana Business Daily, the medical market in Arizona is blossoming following the March 2014 state court ruling that paved the way for the sale of cannabis oils, concentrates, and edibles.

Gina Berman, medical director for The Giving Tree Wellness Center in Arizona, told MBD there has been especially strong growth in edibles market. "We are (also) seeing more edibles products on the market, and there continue to be edibles companies popping up."

Market indicators and data point to continuing growth of medical cannabis sales in Arizona, which is expected to realize total sales of $140-million to $160-million this year, according to the 2015 Marijuana Business Factbook.
