Even though marijuana legalization is at a high in 29 states in the U.S. and more overseas, many experts are concerned there's not enough research on the drug. They fear the recent studies show an increase in cannabis potency, causing a higher risk of psychosis. Although these side effects are caused from the higher potency strains such as skunk, with THC levels as high as 75 percent, many experts recommend regulating THC by content by capping it at 15 percent. They also suggest taxing cannabis according to its THC level and raising CBD to create a more relaxed high. Are they right?
