Bernie Sanders' Top Ten Trump Takedowns

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders must've had a hunch that Donald Trump would bring him up in the third presidential debate. Hillary Clinton's former rival for the Democratic nomination took a pre-emptive strike against The Donald by releasing his top ten anti-Trump tweets just before the showdown between presidential candidates began in Las Vegas.

During the verbal sparring in Nevada, Trump brought up Clinton's former rival, saying that Sanders once said Clinton had "bad judgment." But Sanders' criticism of Clinton is a pat on the back compared to what The Bern has said about The Donald.

Here are his best takedowns of Trump, in the order that he posted them on Twitter.

1. Dictator in Chief?

2. Making Bangladesh great again

3. Trump's legal credentials

4. Sexism

5. Trump's domestic policy

6. Corporate welfare

7. The Donald's racist rhetoric

8. Flip-flopping on Racism

9. Climate change conspiracy theories

10. The anti-endorsement

So Sanders may have questioned Clinton's judgment at times. But he's also been perfectly clear about his opinion that Trump would be far worse in every way than Clinton as president.

2020 presidential candidate Cory Booker (D-NJ) has announced a plan to grant clemency to thousands of people serving time for federal drug convictions. Last Thursday, Booker released his 'Restoring Justice' plan, which would offer clemency to more than 17,000 individuals who are currently doing time for nonviolent drug convictions. Booker pledged to implement the plan immediately upon taking office via an executive order as a means to address the huge disparities in drug policing.
