Armie Hammer Shares The Mugshot From His Marijuana Arrest

Actor Armie Hammer came out of the cannabis closet on Instagram yesterday in a bold way. The 'Call Me By Your Name' star posted the mugshot from his 2011 marijuana arrest in Texas.

Hammer was busted in the West Texas town of Sierra Blanca with 3 weed cookies and a pot brownie. But prosecutors soon dropped the case against him when they realized those edibles contained a mere 0.02 ounces of marijuana. So Hammer walked away from the incident after spending a night in jail and paying a $1,000 bond.

Oh, and he also got one of the most photogenic mugshots in history. Check out the suave actor posing as though doing a prison shoot for GQ.

Derived from the part of the cannabis plant that doesn't get you “high” like THC, cannabidiol (CBD) is typically used for health reasons instead of for recreational purposes, and has been found to be especially useful for treating symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. A challenging neurodegenerative disorder, Parkinson’s causes a combination of motor and non-motor symptoms — such as tremors, weakness, stiffness, dizziness, anxiety and sleeplessness — that affect daily life. CBD, typically taken in oil form, has the potential to relieve these symptoms, improving sleep, reducing inflammation and more, which can profoundly help the more than 10 million people across the world suffering.
