TV Dad Alan Thicke Starred In The Most 1980s Video Of All Time

Alan Thicke, who died last night at age 69, was best known as beloved TV dad Jason Seaver on "Growing Pains". But the congenial Canadian was a jack-of-all-trades in the entertainment world. He produced TV specials for Anne Murray, hosted TV talk shows and game shows, and composed theme songs for shows like "Diff'rent Strokes" and "The Facts of Life".

That last talent is on display in the video above, filmed at the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship (let that sink in for a moment). It's goofy, funny, and guaranteed to make your day a little brighter. Seems like the right way to remember the man.
